Instructions
- 1. In a shaker, combine Gin, Raspberry syrup, Lemon juice, and Egg white.
- 2. Dry shake (shake without ice) vigorously to emulsify the egg white for a creamy texture.
- 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- 4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- 5. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a twist of lemon peel.
- 6. Serve and enjoy the elegant and refreshing Clover Club cocktail!
